5th 12.27 Teignmouth Coastguard, Torbay Coastguard, Berry Head Coastguard, Coastguard Rescue Helicopter from Portland proceeded to Police request to search for missing 72 yr old French FEMALE in area of Watcombe, to north of Torquay.
5th 16.46 Council Patrol boat Oscar 4 proceeded to Torbay Coastguard report of INFLATABLE with 3 persons on board waving for assistance half a mile off Paignton and brought it safely ashore.
8th 13.48 Berry Head Coastguard assisted Southwest Ambulance with a 42 year old MALE who had fallen out of his wheel chair whilst fishing at Berry Head Quarry. Local fishermen assisted him out of the water before rescue units arrived. After treatment on scene he was transferred to Torbay hospital.
9th 20.26 Torbay Coastguard called when TWO SWIMMERS were reported to be in possible difficulties at Oddicombe Beach, Babbacombe Bay.  Unit stood down when the swimmers arrived back safe and well. FAWGI
10th 04.19 Torbay RNLI Inshore Lifeboat and Torbay Coastguard were called when a report of a single RED FLARE in the area of the Ore Stone, Torbay was received.  Area searched nothing untoward found.
10th 14.16 Rescue Helicopter Victor Alpha, Dartmouth Coastguards, Berry Head Coastguards and local Lifeguards, assisted in the rescue of a 12 year old MALE stuck on a cliff at Blackpool Sands, Nr Dartmouth.  The helicopter rescued the male and he was met on land by the Coastguards, safe and well.
10th 14.59 Torbay Coastguard gave safety advice to a group of YOUTHS who were jumping from the cliffs into the water at Fishcombe, Brixham.
10th 15.42 Torbay Coastguard and Devon and Somerset Fire & Rescue investigated a report from a vessel at sea that smoke was coming from Armchair Rock, Torbay.  The area was searched and nothing untoward found, considered a false alarm with good intent.
11th 16.04 Torbay RNLI Lifeboat towed the angling vessel BEARS WATCHING, 4 POB into Torquay after it suffered engine failure 10nm east of Hopes Nose. Casualty was towed to Torquay Marina and met by Torbay Coastguard.
12th 06.49 120649UTC. Sailing Vessel Queen Galadriel assisted a broken down Jet ski, with one person on board, with a tow to Paignton. Shonalee assisted it into the harbour where it was met by Torbay Coastguard.
12th 10.05 A 44 year old MALE was evacuated from the Yacht THEA 2 in Brixham Harbour having dislocated his hip. Berry Head Coastguards and Torbay Inshore Lifeboat evacuated him to a waiting Ambulance.
12th 10.45 Torbay RNLI boarding boat and Berry Head Coastguards were tasked to a report of a broken down SPEEDBOAT with 5 persons onboard in Brixham Harbour. The vessel was towed to safety by the boarding boat and safety advice given by the Coastguards.
12th 13.46 Torbay Harbour Patrol Boat Oscar 4 towed angling boat SURFINGO 5POB into Brixham Harbour after she suffered engine failure off Fishcombe Cove, Brixham.  Berry Head Coastguard gave safety advice.
12th 15.33 Westcountry Ambulance and Berry Head Coastguard were tasked to a report of a FEMALE collapsed off Breakwater Beach, Brixham. Casualty was taken to Torbay Hospital.
13th 16.13 131613UTC. Berry Head Coastguard, Dartmouth Harbour Launch, Dartmouth Inshore Lifeboat (On trials) and Ambulance attended a female who had fallen into the River Dart at Kingswear and suffered a broken leg. The lady was taken to hospital for treatment.
13th 19.42 Berry Head Coastguard located the owner of the motorboat OUR BESSIE after it broke its mooring in Brixham.
13th 23.30 Torbay RNLI All Weather and Inshore Lifeboat assisted the Fastnet Racing Yacht, ANNA, 13 POB into Brixham after they became dismasted.  Berry Head Coastguard maintained observations.
14th 18.45 Torbay Coastguard attended Broadsands beach and assisted in securing several pedalos which were being taken offshore.
15th 17.42 Berry Head Coastguard and Ambulance were tasked to a MALE suffering an angina attack on Brixham Breakwater.  Resources stood down before proceeding when casualty self administered medication.
17th 11.40 Torbay Coastguard, Torbay Harbour Launch Oscar 4 and Motor Cruiser Blue Fisher assisted a 16ft SPEEDBOAT, 3POB suffering engine failure 2.5nm East of Oddicombe Beach, Torbay.  The craft was towed to Torquay by Oscar 4 and met by the Coastguard who passed safety advice reference to carriage of Distress Flares and VHF Radio.
17th 16.08 Berry Head Coastguard, Southwest Ambulance and Dartmouth Harbour Authority assisted a CREWMAN aboard the 40 ft Sailing Vessel Incognito, 4 miles South of Dartmouth.  The vessel was met at Dartmouth and the casualty transferred to Hospital.
19th 03.00 Devon and Cornwall Police requested assistance in locating a missing suicidal 47year old MALE in the area around Walls Hill Torquay. The man was located prior to Torbay and Berry Head Coastguards proceeding.
20th 13.01 Coastguard Rescue Helicopter from Portland and Torbay RNLI Lifeboat proceeded to yacht AMY LOUISE, two persons on board, one of which with head injury. Torbay RNLI Lifeboat put crewman on board AMY LOUISE to assist aircrew Winchman with air-lift of injured Yachtsman to helicopter, and taken to awaiting Ambulance at Gallows Gate on Torbay ring road, where assisted by Torbay Coastguard for transfer to Torbay Hospital.
21st 08.11 Berry Head Coastguard, Fishing Vessel Our Joel and Yacht Clarrissa proceeded and Froward Point National Coastwatch made observation, to report of Flashing Light from Red Sailed Yacht taking water off St Mary’s Bay, Berry Head. Junk-rigged Yacht STAY FREE responded safe and well heading into the River Dart.
21st 09.40 Torbay Coastguard, Torbay RNLI Inshore Lifeboat and ferry Brixham Belle III proceeded to 2 youths in an inflatable drifting onto rocks at Goodrington, Torbay.  The youths were recovered by the ferry, transferred to the Lifeboat, landed ashore and met by Coastguards.
23rd 00.20 Torbay Coastguard and Torbay RNLI Lifeboat proceeded to Police report of silent 999 call putting potential casualty 2.5 miles offshore from Watcombe. Information from Police indicated several previous incidents from same mobile telephone number, and its owner answered with profanities. In consultation with Police units recalled. FAMI - False Alarm with Malicious Intent.
23rd 14.05 South West Ambulance Service requested assistance in evacuating a 70 year old woman from the banks of the River Dart near Greenway House. She had slipped on the path and broken her shoulder and fainted. Berry Head Coastguard Team attended and evacuated her with the help of the Greenway ferry.
24th 14.56 Berry Head Coastguard assisted ambulance personnel in the evacuation of a collapsed 71 year old male from Brixham Breakwater to the beach managers hut where he was treated on scene for heat exhaustion.
24th 15.21 Berry Head Coastguard met the 30 ft Sailing Vessel PALUD, 3POB at Kingswear after she had been towed in by the 40ft Motor Cruiser Alexander of Bristol after suffering engine failure due to a fuel blockage, 1nm South of Start Point.  Safety advice passed to the crew.
24th 19.27 Torbay Coastguard Rescue Team assisted the two male occupants of a broken down speedboat in Paignton Harbour. Safety advice was given.
25th 21.53 Berry Head Coastguards and a Dart Harbour Authority Launch investigated a report of a flare seen in the Galmpton area. Area searched and nothing untoward found. Believed to have been fired from the shore.
27th 14.16 Oscar 4 towed a JETSKI, 2 POB to Paignton after they suffered engine failure off Broadsands.  Torbay Coastguard maintained observations.
27th 15.27 Berry Head Coastguard and Torbay RNLI Inshore Lifeboat proceeded to report of 4 persons cut off by tide in St Marys Bay, Berry Head. 4 Persons had made safety of beach before arrival of Units. Torbay Inshore Lifeboat confirmed their safety and first informant thanked.
27th 18.43 Ambulance control reported they were responding to an elderly MALE who had fallen over a cleat and into the water at Torquay Harbour, but had been recovered. The casualty was transferred to Torbay Hospital by ambulance. Torbay Coastguard was in attendance.
28th 17.24 Berry Head Coastguard proceeded to report of SMALL DINGHY with 2 persons on board rowing towards Brixham off Berry Head. Berry Head Coastguard met first informant and observed DINGHY making shore safely.
28th 16.22 Torquay Belle made observations for yellow INFLATABLE, 3 persons on board, reported drifting towards Brixham Breakwater from Shoalstone Pool area. Vigilance reported inflatable being rowed towards Breakwater Beach. Berry Head Coastguard ensured they made shore.
29th 22.03 Berry Head Coastguard and Torbay RNLI Lifeboat proceeded to the River Dart following a report of a YACHT drifting out of the River.  The occupants were woken by another vessel, and returned to their anchorage before units arrived on scene.
29th 09.46 290946 UTC. Berry Head Coastguard assisted Ambulance crew with evacuation of MALE with dislocated knee from passenger ferry HERM CLIPPER alongside near Western Lady steps into waiting ambulance for transport to Torquay Hospital
31st 13.59 South Western Ambulance transferred an unconscious 8 year old BOY to Torbay Hospital, suffering head injuries after falling from Haldon Pier, Torquay Harbour and landing on a Pontoon.  Torbay Coastguard and Harbour Authority in attendance.
31st 18.32 MCA Falcon proceeded to ORCA, 15ft angling boat with 2 persons on board unable to start outboard engine, off Broadsands/Goodrington, Torbay and towed her to Paignton Harbour. Torbay Coastguard maintained observations.
31st 20.52 Berry Head Coastguard tasked to Police report of group of Youths jumping into a boat in Brixham Harbour. Berry Head Coastguard released when Police reported they had moved the Youths along.
31st 21.47 Berry Head Coastguard Station Officer and Deputy Station Officer assisted ambulance paramedics with a male who had suffered a cardiac arrest in Brixham. Despite CPR the man was pronounced deceased by paramedics at his home.
