20.13 Brixham Coastguard kept communications with the 18ft yacht PATRUS with 2 POB, after she requested assistance to enter Brixham Harbour in the dark.  The yacht Dawn Treader located the vessel and towed her into Brixham Harbour, where she was met by Berry Head Coastguards.
5th 14.43 Berry Head Coastguard assisted South-western Ambulance to transfer a 19 year old FEMALE suffering a back injury from the vessel Ocean Adventure.  The Casualty was treated by paramedics at Brixham Marina and transferred to Torbay Hospital.  Safety advice passed.
8th 09.19 Berry Head Coastguard, Torbay Coastguard, Torbay RNLI Lifeboat and Inshore Lifeboat proceeded to search for Missing MALE employee of Royal Castle Hotel Dartmouth in area of Froward Point. Search stood down when Male located in Torbay Hospital.
8th 17.22 Torbay Coastguard tasked to TWO PERSONS in difficulties in a dinghy near Princess Pier, Torquay.  The pair departed the scene prior to the team arriving.  Police and Torbay Council then evacuated members of the public from the site and re-secured the fenced off area after locks had been removed from the gates.
8th 19.35 Torbay Coastguard were tasked to Princess Pier Torquay after a report of a DINGHY capsizing numerous times. On further investigation found to be Sea Scouts carrying out capsize drills. FAWGI
9th 14.32 Teignmouth RNLI Inshore Lifeboat called, and Torbay RNLI Inshore Lifeboat Torbay Coastguard and Motor Vessel Sanserre proceeded to SCOOBY DOO, 18ft speed boat with 2 persons on board unsure of position in fog off Thatcher Rock. SCOOBY DOO followed Sanserre safely to Torquay Harbour.
10th 08.37 Torbay Coastguard proceeded to observe YACHT, deemed to be too close inshore at Goodrington. Yacht observed to weigh anchor and safely depart anchorage.
12th 15.25 Following a 999 call by a member of the public, Torbay RNLI Inshore Lifeboat launched to assistance of 2 CAPSIZED KAYAKERS off Meadfoot Beach, Torquay. All persons and craft were safely landed on the beach.
14th 17.41 Devon and Cornwall Police, Police Helicopter O99, Torbay Coastguard, Torbay RNLI Lifeboat and Inshore Lifeboat were tasked to search for a 47 YEAR OLD MALE in the Meadfoot and Daddyhole Plain area of Torbay after concerns for his safety were reported to the police. The gentleman was found safe and well at Meadfoot Beach.
15th 00.41 Berry Head Coastguard, Torbay Coastguard, Torbay RNLI Lifeboat and Inshore RNLI Lifeboat were tasked to search for a MALE in the Berry Head area after concerns for his safety were reported to Devon and Cornwall Police.  The gentleman was later located in hospital.
16th 12.25 Torbay Coastguard gave safety advice to 12 YOUTHS who were tomb stoning at Oddicombe, Torquay.
16th 13.27 Berry Head Coastguard, Police and Brixham Harbour Launch proceeded to a JET-SKI and possible faller from it in Brixham Harbour. The female did not require medical assistance and Police and Harbour staff gave advice to the male jet-ski rider.
16th 13.30 Brixham Marina Boat assisted the 29ft Fairline, OCEAN V, 4 POB onto their berth in Brixham Marina after they suffered a fouled propeller in Torbay.  Berry Head Coastguard in attendance.
16th 15.11 Broadcast and Communication Search action was taken when concern was expressed for the safety of Yacht XSTATIC with 5 POB on passage from St Peter Port, Guernsey to Plymouth. Just prior to tasking SAR units the yacht made contact by mobile telephone confirming safety. The back stay of the main mast parted thus slowing their passage. Also the VHF radio had failed.
17th 00.29 Torbay RNLI Lifeboat and Berry Head Coastguard were tasked after a MALE was reported to have jumped into the water close to Berry Head. 2 members of public brought him out of the water and Coastguards administered CPR with Ambulance Paramedics. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Police also attended.
17th 18.27 Torbay RNLI Inshore Lifeboat rescued 2 TEENAGERS cut off by the tide at Livermead, Torquay.  Two others self recovered as units arrived.  Torbay Coastguard in attendance.
17th 18.56 Torbay RNLI Inshore Lifeboat investigated possible PERSONS CUT OFF at Roundham Head, Paignton.  On arrival confirmed no persons at risk, considered false alarm with good intent.  Torbay Coastguard in attendance.
20th 13.36 Torbay Inshore Lifeboat were launched to assist a WINDSURFER with a damaged rig 40 yards off Hollicombe Beach.  The Windsurfer made shore unaided, Torbay Coastguards in attendance.
23rd 14.24 Torbay Coastguard gave safety advice to a group of 4 YOUTHS tomb stoning at London Bridge, Torquay. 231454 UTC to 231547 UTC.  ML - Medical Evacuation from Land.  Torbay RNLI Inshore Lifeboat, Torbay Coastguard and Ambulance recovered a 14 year old FEMALE from the Armchair Rock, Paignton after she sustained spinal injuries whilst tomb stoning from approximately 30ft.
24th 11.55 Torbay Coastguard and Torbay RNLI Inshore Lifeboat were tasked to search for a missing suicidal MALE in Paignton.  Male located by police at Sugar Loaf as teams mustered.  Torbay Coastguard assisted with evacuation to ambulance.
29th 00.53 Berry Head Coastguard investigated a report of STRANGE LIGHTS or fire seen from Kingswear towards Start Bay. The area was thoroughly searched and nothing untoward found. Considered false alarm with good intent.
