This site has been set up to provide you with an insight into the work and members of the Torbay and Berry Head Coastguard Rescue Teams. The teams are made up of highly trained volunteers, providing around the clock emergency cover responding in minutes to any incident on our coastline.

We provide cover for the busy resort towns of Torquay, Paignton and Brixham on the South Devon coast of England. Our services are called upon extensively especially in the summer months, making us one of the busiest areas in the UK.

Please be advised this site is not an official Coastguard Site. The site is owned and maintained by the Torbay and Berry Head team members, and as such all content should be viewed as the team’s personal views and not necessarily the views of HM Coastguard.
